Hybrid Housing Repairs Coordinator - 40 Days Holiday + Pension

Onward Homes is hiring a Housing Repairs Coordinator in Liverpool to oversee day-to-day repair scheduling for Onward's properties. The role is hybrid (office 3 days a week) with a salary of £29,400 per annum and 40 days of paid holiday.

You will manage work orders, liaise with tenants and contractors, and ensure timely, quality completion in line with standards. You'll coordinate with surveyors to confirm job specifications and monitor progress from initial report through to completion.
