Hybrid Housing Manager - Tenant & Estate Services

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking a Housing Management professional to deliver a high-standard tenancy and estate management service across the Chalvey area. The role covers tenancy sign-ups, visits, ASB handling and coordination of communal services to support resident satisfaction.

The post requires strong customer focus, ability to work in a hybrid setting (2 days at home, 3 days in office) and a 37-hour week with PAYE payment at £20.09 per hour.
