Hybrid Home Insurance Advisor with Training & Growth

Hastings Direct is seeking a Customer Advisor for our Home Insurance team in Leicester. You will work 37.5 hours per week on a Monday to Friday rotational pattern, with hybrid working after training. Training lasts about 8 weeks in the office, followed by a mix of in-office and remote work, with potential weekend hours.

Starting salary is £26,230 plus benefits. After training, salary increases to £26,550, with opportunities to progress to £29,500 within about 12 months based on performance and
