Hybrid HMO Licensing Officer - Elevate Housing Standards

A council in Norfolk is seeking an experienced HMO Licensing Officer to join its Private Sector Housing team on an initial three month contract, with hybrid working.

The role involves licensing duties, inspections under HHSRS, processing applications and drafting licence conditions, and supporting property owners to meet legal obligations across the area.

You will work with landlords, agents and tenants and report to the Private Sector Housing service, attending site visits three days per week.
