Hybrid: Head of Reward & People Strategy

Artis Recruitment is partnering with a UK organisation near Bristol to recruit an experienced Head of Reward. The role is hybrid with 3 days a week in the office and reports to the Chief People Officer.

You will own the full reward agenda, lead benchmarking, salary structures and pay equity, and collaborate with external partners to optimise value, retention and engagement. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership position.
