Hybrid Head of HR UK & Ireland, Multi-site Leader

Macmillan Davies is looking for a Head of HR for the UK and Ireland, based in West London. This operational role requires a hands-on HR leader to manage a small team and partner with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced leisure business. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in employment law and complex employee relations, along with the ability to influence at senior levels without detachment from daily operations. A salary of £80,000 to £90,000 is offered, plus a car allowance and bonus.
