Hybrid Guarantees Product Director

Lloyds Bank plc is seeking a Product Director for Guarantees within the Core Trade product team to drive strategy, development and governance for the Guarantees suite. The role collaborates with Sales, Coverage, Operations, Credit, Risk and external trade bodies to deepen market share and ensure resilience.

The senior leader will shape the go to market approach, align with risk appetite and drive product performance while delivering Lloyds Banking Group objectives in the short and medium term.
