Hybrid Growth Strategy Leader

The Very Group is seeking a strategic leader to head its Strategy function and partner with the CEO and senior leaders. You will shape the Group's five-year plan, integrate customer and market insights with commercial judgement, and drive sustainable growth and shareholder value.

You will lead a team of Strategy Managers, align resources with priority initiatives, and translate strategic choices into actionable plans while maintaining a customer-first, evidence-based approach.
