Hybrid Food Buyer & Merchandiser: Data-Driven Sourcing

Sous Chef is seeking an Assistant Buyer & Merchandiser to combine a love of food with strong analytical skills. You'll work with the Buyer and Founder to discover ingredients, develop own-label ranges and build supplier relationships.

You'll analyse sales, margins and stock to guide what and how much to buy, and where to improve the range. You don't need buying experience yet, but curiosity, accuracy and the ability to turn numbers into commercial decisions are essential.
