Hybrid Fleet Service Advisor: Repairs & Downtime Focus

Omega Resource Group is seeking a proactive Fleet Service Advisor in Chippenham with hybrid working after onboarding. The role focuses on keeping vehicles on the road and minimising downtime while delivering outstanding service in a target-driven environment.

You will manage repair cases from start to finish, liaise with garages and suppliers, proactively chase updates, keep customers informed, coordinate bookings and authorisations, and maintain accurate case records across multiple systems.
