Hybrid Finance & Business Support Manager, Social Care

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking a committed finance professional to join the Finance Services Team within Adults, Housing and Communities. The role is based at County Hall, Cardiff Bay, and adopts a hybrid pattern with office days and home-based work.

You will coordinate with Residential and Nursing, Domiciliary, Invoice, Financial Assessment, Direct Payment and Brokerage teams; support managers, and contribute to service delivery while developing the finance team through change.
