Hybrid Family Support Practitioner - Help Families Thrive

Coventry City Council is seeking a Supporting Families Practitioner to join the East Area Team - Help and Protection. You will take a whole-family approach, working with families and partner agencies to understand needs and deliver effective interventions.

You'll be based in Coventry with hybrid work (3 days in the office, 2 from home), 37 hours per week, generally 9:00-17:30, and an Enhanced DBS check is required. ASAP start, five positions available.
