Hybrid Executive Director, Cultural Centre & Community Hub

Culture House is seeking its inaugural Executive Director to provide artistic, strategic, operational and financial leadership. Reporting to the Board and working closely with Fingal County Council and other partners, they will shape the organisation's identity and programme, build its team and partnerships, and establish a sustainable operating model.

Based in Swords, Co. Dublin, with the option to work from home 1-2 days per week, the role will oversee governance and programming delivery while
