United Baristas is seeking an Events & Café Barista for a hybrid role based in Birmingham. This position involves working closely with the Managing Director on events and the Café Operations Lead on daily café operations.

The role offers flexibility in hours, starting early and typically finishing around 3pm. You will be compensated for travel and related expenses during events away from the café.
