Hybrid Employment Advisor - Connect to Work (SEQF)

Local Authority is seeking an experienced Employment Advisor to join the Equals Employment Team and support the Connect to Work Programme, helping residents with barriers to gain employment. You will deliver person-centred employment support from initial engagement through sustained employment.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering guidance aligned to the SEQF and building relationships with employers to promote inclusive recruitment and job opportunities.
