Hybrid Employee Relations Specialist - 6 Month Contract

St. James's Place Cirencester Office is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join the People Division on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

You will deliver expert ER support across the business, partnering with leaders to manage complex matters while ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice. In a collaborative ER team, you'll coach managers, provide pragmatic advice, maintain accurate case records and support policy development and training initiatives.
