Hybrid Employee Relations Advisor - Case Management

Travis Perkins plc is seeking a Junior Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR Shared Service team in Northampton. The successful candidate will assist in managing Employee Relations cases and provide advice across the Group.

This role is full-time, 37.5 hours a week, with 3/4 days in the office and some remote work. Candidates should have at least 2 years HR experience and excellent communication abilities. Benefits include a performance-related bonus and private medical insurance.
