Role OverviewLocation: Support Office, Sandyford, Dublin & Remote
Reporting to: Head of Marketing & E-Commerce
The E-Commerce Manager will lead the strategy and day-to-day performance of O'Briens' digital business across website, mobile app and omni-channel touchpoints.
This is a commercially critical role focused on driving online revenue, enhancing customer experience, and evolving our digital platforms in line with customer expectations and business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver the annual e-commerce roadmap
- Own KPIs including revenue, conversion, AOV, CAC and CLV
- Identify growth opportunities across web, app, Click & Collect and subscriptions
- Present performance insights and recommendations to Senior Management
- Own the day-to-day management of Shopify and the O'Briens Club app
- Oversee integrations with LS Central and Business Central
- Continuously optimise UX, performance, merchandising and search
- Lead testing, improvements and digital innovation initiatives
- Enhance the O'Briens Club loyalty experience
- Optimise the full customer journey from discovery to checkout
- Drive Click & Collect excellence across stores
- Implement personalisation and conversion optimisation strategies
- Partner on integrated digital campaigns
- Manage email marketing and conversion programmes
- Grow and optimise Wine Subscription and Craft Beer Club
- Reduce churn and increase lifetime value
- Own e-commerce analytics and reporting
- Provide weekly performance updates and actionable insights
- Monitor stock, customer behaviour and digital channel performance
- Lead website upgrades, feature launches and digital projects
- Manage agency and technology partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Buying, Stores, Finance, IT and Marketing
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and e-commerce regulations
- 3+ years' experience relevant e-commerce (retail/FMCG preferred)
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving conversion
- Strong Shopify experience
- Experience with loyalty, subscriptions and analytics
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and projects
