Hybrid Disability Assessor - Nurses & Therapists £50k+

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Disability Assessor in Oxford for a full-time hybrid role. You will assess claimants via phone and face-to-face visits, performing Work Capability Assessments, reviewing medical evidence, and drafting detailed reports for the DWP.

The position offers hybrid working, a £50,000 base salary with a potential £1,000 uplift after 12 months based on performance, and comprehensive benefits. Monday-Friday, with no weekends or night shifts.
