Hybrid Delivery Director - Workforce Planning & Resourcing

HUC is seeking a Delivery Director of Workforce Planning and Resourcing to lead a forward-thinking workforce strategy across the organisation. This senior role reports to the Chief Commercial and Delivery Officer and drives integrated planning to meet patient demand and performance standards.

The role collaborates with BI, Finance, HR, GP Procurement and operations, shaping modern workforce management and ensuring governance, capability, and capacity to deliver high-quality services.
