Job Description
THE FELIX PROJECT is hiring a Customer Support Executive in Sheffield, offering hybrid working. You will provide high quality support to charities and partners, manage donations records in the CRM, and collaborate with field teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement.
The role requires excellent communication, not-for-profit experience, and proficiency with Salesforce and Power BI. 35 hours per week, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, permanent contract.
