Hybrid: Customer Support & Sales Data Specialist

NES Fircroft in Leeds is seeking a proactive Customer Support & Sales data specialist to join a small, busy team. Hybrid working after training, you will support customers throughout the order lifecycle-from quotation and order placement to delivery and after-sales support.

The role requires strong organisation, systems knowledge, and a focus on delivering first-class service. You will work as a key internal contact for customer account enquiries, collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain,
