Hybrid Customer Support Advisor - Help Animals

Dogs Trust Company Limited in Manchester is hiring a Customer Support Centre Advisor to be the main contact for supporters, adopters, customers and the public.

This permanent, full-time role is hybrid, based at the Manchester rehoming centre two days per week and from home the rest. You will manage calls and emails, follow our policies with empathy, and help deliver outstanding service for animals and their supporters.
