Job Description
TSR Select is seeking a Customer Success Manager hybrid role with an IT Managed Services Provider. You will be the primary contact for 20-30 existing clients on long-term support contracts, handling renewals, quotes for projects, and hardware/licenses, while delivering quarterly SLA reviews and advising on additional technologies.
The role offers hybrid work (3 days from home, 2 days in London offices) with a base salary circa £45,000-£50,000 plus commission ( £10k).
