Hybrid Customer Service Associate (Fixed-Term)

Ambition Institute is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Manchester for a fixed-term, full-time role until October 2026. You will deliver excellent customer service to applicants and participants, acting as the first contact for queries and using Salesforce and telephony systems to manage cases.

The post reports to the Customer Service Manager and requires in-office presence at least one day a month. The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and clear communication, with a focus on supporting
