Freddie's Flowers is seeking a friendly, proactive Customer Services team member to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will work with a warm, professional tone to resolve queries and ensure customers feel valued and supported.

You'll capture feedback to help us improve our service, collaborate across departments, and look for opportunities to upsell our flowers and services to retain customers who are considering stopping their accounts.
