Hybrid Customer Service Advisor (Publishing & Distribution)

Hachette UK Distribution Limited is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Customer Services team in a hybrid role. You will respond to emails and calls, process orders, coordinate deliveries and handle refunds while maintaining high standards of service.

The role operates on a 35-hour week, 9am-5pm, with a hybrid model (minimum 2 days in the office) after initial training in Didcot, Oxfordshire. You will work with publishers and customers to deliver best-in-class support.
