Hybrid Customer Service Advisor (Local Government)

Access Bolton is recruiting a permanent, full-time customer service role within the council's contact centre and One Stop Shop. You will handle inquiries by phone and in person, supporting services such as Council Tax, Benefits, Planning, and Bins and Recycling.

The role is 37 hours per week, with shifts between 8:00am and 5:30pm, hybrid working between Town Hall and home, with training in office for the first 12 weeks.
