Job Description
Northgate Vehicle Hire is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to maintain high service standards for customers. You will handle email and chat communications, process payments, and resolve inquiries in a supportive, high-performing team environment.
Starting with a salary of £24,854-£25,684 plus a potential £2,400 yearly performance bonus, you'll work a Monday-Friday 8:00-18:00 rotation with some Saturday hours and hybrid options after six months.
