Hybrid Customer Service Advisor (35h/wk)

Hachette UK Distribution in Didcot, Oxfordshire, seeks a Customer Services Assistant to respond to emails and calls, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and assist with refunds. You'll work with publishers and customers to deliver a best-in-class service.

After training, you'll follow a hybrid model with at least 2 days in the office, 9am-5pm, 35 hours per week, and collaborate with Operations and Credit Services to resolve issues and improve processes.
