Hybrid Customer Service Advisor - Resolve Queries & Delight Customers

Sovereign Network Group in Hertford is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our front-line team. You will be the first point of contact, handling a range of queries and liaising with colleagues to provide accurate solutions.

This full-time, 6-month fixed-term role is 37 hours per week, on a rota from 8:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. The first 6 months are office-based, with hybrid working available thereafter and a salary of around £28,000.
