Hybrid Customer Service Advisor - Energy (Omni-Channel)

Ecotricity is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Stroud. The role starts with office-based training and moves to a hybrid arrangement after passing probation. You will handle multi-channel queries to deliver first contact resolution, including billing, pay as you go, and home moves.

Working 36.5 hours per week across shifts from 8.30am to 7.30pm, with some weekend coverage and bank holidays. Training and assessments are part of the onboarding process.
