Job Description
Arvato Limited is seeking a Hybrid Customer Service Advisor to support Department for Education (DfE) customers across phone, webchat, and email channels. You will join the Apprenticeships and Skills helpline team and work to ensure high-quality service and accurate data handling.
The role begins with full on-site training from 7th September 2026 to 2nd October 2026 at Stockbridge House, Newcastle, followed by a hybrid pattern with on-site Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
