Hybrid Customer Service Adviser - Fundraising Support

Macmillan Cancer Support is seeking three Customer Service Advisers for a fixed-term contract of 12 months. This hybrid role requires a minimum of one day per week in the Shipley office, where you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our supporters across multiple channels.

The ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage their own workload effectively. Start date for the position is 27th July 2026 with in-person induction training.
