Hybrid Customer Experience Specialist

Jascots in Newbury is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will help process orders, resolve issues and deliver excellent service across the customer journey.

This is a full-time hybrid role based at our Newbury office with three days in the office and two days working from home. It is a 12-month contract with a competitive salary plus discretionary annual bonus and a generous benefits package.
