Job Description

Leeds Building Society in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Adviser to be the first point of contact for our members, handling savings and mortgage queries with care.

You'll work 35 hours per week in a busy contact centre, with a set eight-week rota and one in three Saturdays. After six months, hybrid working options may be available, alongside a competitive salary and benefits.
