Hybrid Customer Experience Manager

Paul Rhodes Bakery Ltd in Greenwich is seeking a Customer Relations Assistant Manager to lead the Customer Relations team, drive excellent service, and report on daily KPIs to the Head of Customer Experience.

This hybrid role combines office-based days at the Head Office with homeworking, and requires coaching staff, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with Transport, Packing and Production heads to ensure smooth operations.
