Hybrid Customer Experience Advisor

Just Group plc is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our UK Retail and Life Time Mortgage customer contact team. The role is full time (35 hours per week) with shifts from 8:30 to 16:30, 09:00-17:00 or 09:30-17:30, and initial office-based training followed by hybrid work with at least 50% in the office.

You will handle inbound calls across our product range, delivering the Just customer experience by ensuring customers get what they need with minimal effort and genuine care.
