Job Description
Careline365 is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Team Manager to lead a high performing team delivering critical telecare support in Norwich. This hybrid role combines leadership with hands on customer care in a fast paced, tech enabled environment.
Start date August 2026; 37.5 hours per week; salary up to £32,000 plus up to £250 monthly bonus. Role requires DBS checks and two years of referencing prior to start.
