Job Description
MiniMed in Watford is hiring a 12-month fixed-term Customer Care specialist to support our order-to-delivery process. You will handle calls and emails, assist the Center of Excellence and field sales, and help improve customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
The role requires experience with ERP (preferably SAP) and CRM Salesforce, excellent English communication, and a proactive, process-minded approach.
