Hybrid Compliance Delivery Manager - Property & Safety

Govia Thameslink Railway is recruiting two Compliance Delivery Managers to lead statutory compliance across a diverse property and estate portfolio, including stations, offices, and residential accommodation. The role combines site-based activity with stakeholder engagement and risk management across asbestos, fire safety, water hygiene, and landlord obligations.

Regular travel across the GTR estate is expected, with a primary geographical area while supporting wider projects as needed.
