Hybrid Complaints Officer - Drive Service Improvement

Sandwell Children's Trust in Oldbury is recruiting a Complaints Officer to support the Complaints Manager in delivering a high-quality, responsive and compliant complaints service. The role will ensure statutory and corporate complaints, MP and Member enquiries, compliments and wider feedback are managed effectively, while supporting learning and service improvement across the organisation.

Hours are 37 per week with hybrid working and Band F SCP 26-31 (£37,280 - £41,771 per annum).
