Hybrid Commercial Manager - Construction Partnerships

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead high-value contracts and strategic supplier partnerships across our In House Construction Team. You will ensure commercial arrangements maximise value, while minimising risk, across multiple schemes with oversight from Home Investment and Service Delivery.

You will shape commercial strategies, drive performance data insights, manage renewals, and guide best practice in supplier and contract management to deliver value for money.
