A leading specialist contractor in the East Midlands is looking for a Commercial Director to oversee capital projects in regulated manufacturing sectors. This newly created position offers a salary range of £110,000 - £125,000 plus an executive package. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multi-million-pound projects and leading a team of Quantity Surveyors. The role allows for hybrid working, requiring 2-3 days a week at the Nottingham/Derby HQ.
