Hybrid Clinical Pharmacist & Independent Prescriber

A digital health company specializing in cannabis-based medicines is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join their London team. This hybrid role involves 2-3 days on-site in Kings Cross and the remaining days remotely. The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for prescribing medications, checking prescriptions, and educating patients and staff.
