Hybrid Claims Advisor - Legal Expenses

Arc Legal Group in Cardiff is seeking a Claims Advisor to join our hybrid team. You will assess and progress legal expenses claims while supporting customers through the process.

You will review new claims, determine policy coverage, liaise with solicitors to monitor progress, and provide clear updates by phone and email. You'll also manage your own caseload and strive for efficient, fair handling.
