Location: Buckinghamshire

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (could look at £45,000 DOE)

Working pattern: Hybrid - 2 days in the office (one being Thursday for team meetings) and 3 days working remotely

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Block Manager who's ready to take ownership of a portfolio from day one. You'll be responsible for around 20-25 sites, a mix of blocks of flats and leasehold houses, totalling approximately 800 units.

What we're looking for:

Proven block management experience - confident managing a portfolio independently
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ideally ATPI or MTPI qualified (desirable but not essential)
