Hybrid BD Manager - M&E & Building Solutions

HVAC Total FM Recruitment in Manchester is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by securing commercial M&E maintenance, facilities management and building solutions contracts. The role is hybrid with a salary of £60,000-£65,000 DOE plus car allowance.

You will develop and win new business opportunities, build relationships with managing agents, property owners and commercial clients, attend client meetings, networking events and site surveys, and support
