Hybrid Assistant Store Manager: Customer Experience & Ops

Metro Bank is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Northampton store. You will lead a team of Cashiers and Customer Service Representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations with a focus on risk and people management.
