We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Solutions Designer to support our application engineering team within our global HVAC industry vertical. The role involves identifying key consultants, understanding market trends in cooling solutions for HVAC & Refrigeration applications, developing cooling solution concepts with key consultants, influencing design, and supporting the front-end sales team in customer meetings. This position will serve as a key partner between sales and engineering, building relationships with consultants and developing customer-centric cooling concepts.

In this role, you'll be part of a team shaping responses to industry trends for Kelvion products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance profitability and visibility of our global business.

What you will be responsible for:

• Identify key consultants and build relationships.
• Act as the first point of contact for consultant requirements.
• Understand market trends in cooling solutions.
• Develop cooling solution concepts with consultants and influence design.
• Support quote/no-quote decisions in alignment with sales.
• Review and qualify RFQs technically, clarifying ambiguities before handover.
• Support sales in customer meetings.
• Provide market feedback to product development for potential adjustments or new products.

Education and Experience (required):

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, thermodynamics, heat management, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in thermodynamics and 3 years in HVAC-Refrigeration markets.
• Experience in manufacturing or product-based industries is highly desirable.
• Experience working in an international environment.
